Simon Merrells (born 1966) is an actor who played DO Griggs in London's Burning from 2000 (series 12) to 2001 (series 13). Merrells has also had roles in Doctors, Mersey Beat, Casualty, Ashes to Ashes, The Bill, Family Affairs, Heartbeat and The Six Wives of Henry VIII. He played Marcus Licinius Crassus in Spartacus: War of the Damned. He is the older brother of actor Jason Merrells.
