Kim Clifford (born 27 January 1961) is an actress who played Sandra Hallam, wife of Sub Officer John Hallam in London's Burning from series 1 to series 10. At the age of 13, she starred in acclaimed Jack Rosenthal play Bar Mitzvah Boy and subsequently appeared in Not the Nine O'Clock News, Juliet Bravo, Alas - Smith and Jones and Goodnight Sweetheart.

Due to the height difference between her and her on-screen husband Sean Blowers (5'3" compared to 6'1") Clifford shot many of her scenes standing on a box.
