Episode Summary[]

Recall is happy to be back at Blackwall and Maggie is happy to see him back. The watch are plotting something to surprise Geoff in advance of his wedding to Fiona. Chris has also bought Geoff a gift, a copy of The Joys of Sex.

Blue Watch are called to a house with smoke issuing. An elderly man is carried out semi conscious, mumbling about his wife. The BA crew of Dan, Joe and Hyper is sent back in to look for her and are still inside when the fire flashes over, it turns out that she had died several months previously and she wasn't in the house at all. Chris is irritated by a local resident with a video camera who films the whole thing.

Former Blue Watch stalwart Kevin Medhurst is among the guests at Pearce's stag night. Hyper has organised a stripper who turns out to be male, dressed as a fireman. Pearce returns home from his stag night to find Fiona with her teenage daughter Zoe. Furious that Fiona did not tell him that she had a daughter, Geoff storms out and cancels the wedding. Eventually, Zoe finds him and talks him round.

Owen is still causing Sicknote and Jean problems, spraying graffiti all over the living room and taking over Bert's hospital radio show.

The wedding goes ahead, despite best man Dan losing the ring, so Fiona has to borrow Kelly's wedding ring. Geoff and Fiona are surprised by their wedding present from the watch, a ride in a helicopter. They are even more surprised to learn it was arranged by Pitbull. As the helicopter takes off, George spots Kelly and Chris kissing, and realises they are having an affair.

Chris Larner (Clingfilm) and Ross Boatman (Kevin Medhurst) made their final London's Burning appearances in this episode.
