Andrew Kazamia is an actor who portrayed Station Officer Nick 'Zorba' Georgiadis in London's Burning from 1991 (series 4) to 1998 (series 11). He left the show after a pay dispute with LWT bosses and as a result his character only made five appearances in series 11 before being killed off.[1]
Born September 11 1953 in Cyprus, Kazamia moved to London at the age of 4. He worked as a milkman, a stable hand at a quarantine and a bingo caller on a cruise ship before moving into acting. He has made appearances in Widows 2, Inspector Morse, Twelfth Night, or What You Will, and also wrote and directed the film Trust Me.
